NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have done it again: They've tied for the top slot of The Most Annoying People of 2004 by "Star" magazine.

Editors say Spears is the "pop princess who seemed to do everything this year -- but sing and dance," while they beg Hilton to stop saying "That's hot!"

Editors also say you can't escape Hilton and her private parts because they're everywhere.

In second place is Anna Nicole Smith, mostly because of her disoriented behavior at the American Music Association awards this year.

Rounding out the top three is "View" hostess Star Jones because she sent etiquette guide books on how to behave at her wedding to Al Reynolds this year.
